MBO – CTS Becomes CTS Offshore and Marine Limited

In July 2011, the directors of Clarkson Technical Services completed the purchase of 100% of the company’s issued share capital from Clarkson Plc.

The company was subsequently renamed CTS Offshore and Marine (CTS) to reflect its commitment to the marine sector and its highly successful diversification into the offshore sector.
