Overview
The client contacted CTS to oversee the re-activation of their vessel. CTS was tasked with ensuring that the vessel’s technical compliance aligned with the port authority’s regulations and allowed for safe navigation. The vessel had been out of service for over a year, and neither the main engine nor any of the four
generators were running. It was no surprise that the vessel required an extensive amount of repair work.

Result
CTS oversaw the yard’s scope and provided the client daily reports on the repair process. CTS also brought in a team of specialists to resolve the electrical issues and fully repair the main engine and generators. Despite the significant amount of work required, with strong communication and thorough planning, CTS was able to deliver the project on schedule.
