Project Brief

BW Offshore, global owner and operator of FPSO (Floating Production Storage and Offloading), chose CTS Offshore and Marine Limited experience and qualification to take care of the life extension project of their FPSO Petroleo Nautipa.

In Co-ordination with the client an extensive plan was laid out for the work scope. All designs were reviewed, and an exhaustive list of equipment and material was provided to the client.

CTS Offshore and Marine Limited decided to approach and complete the project with a “safety first” implementation.

Scope of Work

  • Installation of Lay Down Platform
  • Installation of Fuel Gas Skid Platform
  • Installation of HP Scrubber Platform
  • Installation of the New Crane-Port Side
  • New Pipelines for HP Scrubber Skid

CTS worked around limitations of crane reach to execute installation of the 12T pedestal and king post and resolved the problem by installing additional pad eyes and lifting gear. We also extensively measured and concluded routing for the new pipelines in the design for installation.
